In the beginning of 2007, Brandon and I (DJ) took part in a Trip to Niger, Africa with a group of students from La Roche College. During our adventures we immersed themselves in the Tuareg Culture. There was three steps to our immersion with the Tuareg. First, we are the outsiders, unknown, new and caused much curiousity. Second, and very shortly after the first step, we were treated as kings, graciously accepted into their wonderful society. And third we were given the task of journalist, sharing who the Tuareg are and their stories with our friends in the United States of America. Our trip is over, but our journey is not complete. Brandon and I now share with you who the Tuareg are and we hope that you both enjoy and learn from our footage.

It doesn't take much to make the Tuareg happy, at least compared to our materialistic standards. Although they are among the poorest on the earth, there is much that we can learn about achieving happiness from the Tuareg.
