Segment In the article “The Exhibitionists” on mnartists.org, writer Andy Sturdevant explored the world of “shadow galleries,”—ad hoc art exhibitions often located in personal living spaces. The Space, a temporary gallery run out of the one-bedroom apartment of a Minneapolis College of Art and Design student, is one such gallery. This spring the Space hosted its first gallery opening. Access to Art correspondents Beth Peloff and John Akre visited the gallery and spoke with its host and curator. Also--at Vesper College, Tom Cassidy talks with third semester students about their final projects.
