A couple of months ago the City of Edina became the first Minnesota city to authorize a Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program and Grandview Tire and Auto became the first PACE project. Even in this first step, a new solar array, some new jobs and a cleaner planet are evident.
