Beverly Hills, California - Show Business capitol of the world..home to the glamorous and famous...and then there's Jay Bloomberg...long time agent...still looking desperately to keep his foot in that rapidly closing door.Mr. 10% follows the life of 'Willy Lomanesque' agent andsometime limo driver, Jay Bloomberg. Jay, a former Hollywood'player', who has represented luminaries such as Flipper andGentle Ben, is now on a quest to get back to at least the'middle. Jay's day-to-day existence is symbolicof the marathon we call 'life'. He is surrounded by a cast ofcharacters reminiscent of a Fellini movie. Epiode 3 finds tenacious Jay face to face with actor Ed Asner in a Hail Mary attempt to climb back into the game.
