Beverly Hills, California - Show Business capitol of the world..home to the glamorous and famous...and then there's Jay Bloomberg...long time agent...still looking desperately to keep his foot in that rapidly closing door. Mr. 10% follows the life of ‘Willy Lomanesque’ agent and sometime limo driver, Jay Bloomberg. Jay, a former Hollywood ‘player’, who has represented luminaries such as Flipper and Gentle Ben, is now on a quest to get back to at least the ‘middle. Jay’s day-to-day existence is symbolic of the marathon we call ‘life’. He is surrounded by a cast of characters reminiscent of a Fellini movie.
