An interview with Mary O'Conner, wine director and co-owner of a unique wine-tasting school in Madrid, Planeta Vino. As Mary says, " The U.S. Air Force paid for my wine passion". She worked for the U.S. Air Force for many years before quitting in Madrid, Spain, to take on her true vocation: the world of wine, and particularly the wines of Spain, an up and coming, exciting and innovative industry. Mary and her husband and business associate, Miguel, organize custom-made classes for small groups, in their lovely school in the center of the city, or in the homes of their clients. They also arrange wine tours to suit all tastes and wallets.
