About this episode

Rosalind Williams moved to Madrid from San Francisco, California over 40 years ago. She and her husband, who are daredevil real estate investors, bought a three-store building in the center of Madrid and, after living in it as a family home until their son left, converted two floors into rental apartments for short-term stays in the city.
