The "In the Red" campaign is targeting Neil G. Bluhm of SugarHouse and Ronald Rubin of Foxwoods and the banking institutions they seek financing from. On the morning of Wednesday September 16th in the height of rush hour Casino Free members announced their campaign in front of PNC Bank. PNC is suspected to have plans to invest in SugarHouse. Casino Free has called on PNC to "Lead the Way" and drop these plans.
