Urban Onions was an experiment in improvisational entertainment. The sets, characters, shots, edits, songs, lines, and everything else was improvised. It was also an experiment in creating a series. We did not know we were creating a series during the first shoot, and it wasn't until the third that we really thought it would come together as a series. It was also an experiment in method acting. The day of each shoot, the character would be established hours before shooting, and while looking for locations, getting coffee, getting props, the character was being developed. We've presented these in the order filmed so that you can see the progress during the series. When we made Stupid Guta, we had no idea that Stone Coldsworthy existed. Of course, Stone Coldsworthy knew who Stupid Guta is. We produced this entire series with little or no budget, with no help from any sponsors. These videos are the type that will allow you to find amusing details upon second, third and twentieth viewings. We hope you enjoy Less
