Silicon Valley has always relied on creativity, an educated and inspired work force, and innovative approaches to lead, generate jobs,and wealth. Silicon Valley organizations are increasingly turning to art to help the workforce tap into a new level of creativity. In this interview Ric Ambrose, Executive Director, Pacific Art League (PAL), encourages management of Silicon Valley companies to invite his organizations to help them develop onsite art program that helps to foster creativity and enrich the quality of life of the work force. In this interview Ric reminds the public of the many different types of classes his organization provides the community. He also comments on the art exhibition “As Bold as California” that features a 24’ painting by Michael Killen. At same time as the City of Palo Alto hosts "As Bold as California" Ric's organization host the juried exhibition "Ode to California.
