The Media Action Grassroots Network (MAG-Net) is a local-to-local advocacy network of grassroots social justice, media, and cultural organizations working together to shift power relations for social change through the critical use and transformation of media and communications systems. MAG-Net’s MISSION is to build a transformative movement for media justice that is effective, integrated, and sustainable and which advances racial justice, economic justice, gender equity, and human rights.
The MAG-Net led team of NYC graduate students and allies present their Radical Media Prototype at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), February 24th, 2012.
