Engineering teams from the 16 North American universities participating in the EcoCAR Challege are in Yuma, Arizona for the Year Two competition finals. Over the last year, the teams have developed prototype advanced technology vehicles that are being judged in this year’s competition. It’s a test of wills, and the pressure is on.
