When we think of prospecting we think cold calling, door knocking, letterbox drops etc etc. Something we don't often think about as prospecting is vendor management. Taking care of your owners is the best form of prospecting you can do because you already have the clients and now you just have to look after them and then they will refer you to their friends. In Real Estate it is common to focus on the cold calls etc to find your next lead but what about the people you are already dealing with as you next lead opportunity.
