There are lots of things we could possibly do better in Real Estate however sometimes it's just as easy as asking questions. There are lots of tenants that move through a Real Estate office every day and what about if we asked all of them if they had considered buying? Some may just say yes and then open the door to helping them. A person that works in our office, Steve Nixon, did just that and asked a prospective tenant who just called in to the office if she had thought of buying a property instead of renting. The lady said she would like to explore the option and Steve sold her a property. This is a really good example of thinking outside the square a little more and asking better questions. On this video I talk about thinking about how things like this and maybe other things are potentially getting through the cracks.
