There is much talk about the market and what it’s doing. What ever the market place is, it just is. So it makes sense to just do great things regardless of where the market is up to. The current market is excellent though because it does a lot of the work for you. Owners can see what is happening in the area and have seen prices decline, which makes owner education much easier because they already understand what is going on.
