Sometimes we list property and they just aren't saleable, maybe the owners want too much or you have over priced it. Then you really have to think to yourself, is it a listing? If you have overpriced stock it can really weigh you down and become less fun to deal with. On this video Mat talks about assessing your stock and asking yourself is it a listing?
