We are all looking for consistency in the market and one thing I have learnt is consistency is not out there, it is created by you each and every day. The consistency you experience in the market place is nothing more than a reflection of your daily consistent action. Most of the time if agents aren't achieving a flow of results it's because they aren't using their time effectively. This can easily be changed but it takes commitment.
