Brain Surgeon

There was a great analogy from John McGrath today about listing and Brain Surgery. The analogy was how good are you at listing out of 10, anything less than a 9/10 isn't really good enough if you want to be great at this business. If you were a brain surgeon you can't be anything less than a 9/10 because your skill set is everything. It's a really good thing to think about and self assess where you are at with your listing presentation. Are you the absolute best you can be or could you improve parts of it. We can always keep improving but how good are you today. The quality of your listing ability will reflect in your results and listing is everything in this business.
