March 5, 2012 Marin County Environmental Health Services conducted a hearing on the use of Construction & Demolition (C&D) materials as Alternate Daily Cover (ADC). This is the legal portion of the hearing discussion.
February 18, 2011 was the high "king tide" 7.1 feet. Note water level is as high as the protective "levy road". The garbage slide was discovered on this trip. Potentially polluting the bay.
