The Pull-Out
The BC contingent met up with the Oregon folks and a few members from Washington who lived in the area, at the Mt. St. Helens Visitor Center parking lot in Kelso. This is the view of the cars pulling out of the parking lot, around the corner and then onto the I-5 onramp. Wicked.

Jack FM Talent Explosion '08 - Electric Pachelbel
For me, this was the highlight of Jack FM's Vancouver Talent explosion. This is Vancovuer talent Phong Youttitham playing Pachelbel's Canon on the electric guitar. The sound quality isn't the best but I tell you, it gave me the chills. To qualify, he played "Oh Canada" and you can check out that video here.

Zygote Interactive Balls
This is one of the neatest things I've ever seen. At a recent Vancouver ACM Siggraph event, they had two Zygote Interactive Balls which light up and create sound when they come in contact with anyhing. The experience was fantastic and I managed to catch a short snippet of the demonstration.For loads of additional information, head over to Alex Beim's other videos of the balls in action!
