There are two methods of the Proof of Concept in this one video. The first is video panning with naration; the second is still photos with narration. The second POC (still images) is much easier to produce and starts 3 minutes and 25 seconds in to this clip. The idea is to take a bunch of pictures of each park, put them into a streaming video. Then someone with knowledge of the park talks about what they see in the video. The great thing about the second approach is that anyone can take the pictures of the park (assume 5 seconds per picture), and at a later time the narrator can watch the video of the still images and talk about them. The recorded audio and the video are then combined to make the final production. We should shoot pictures or video on a slow day such as a Tuesday afternoon so to not require releases and to show the park clearly. Using the second format anyone can take the pictures and a knowledgeable person will be able to narrate without having to be there, thus it can be put together with minimal effort.
