Tim Iglesias, of the University of San Francisco School of Law, has taught courses and written extensively on many areas of law relevant to property and land use. He is the author of “The Legal Guide to Affordable Housing Development.” In his talk, he enlightened the audience about effective procedures for encouraging acceptance of public housing. It was given in the session, “Up Against the Wall”, at LWV Bay Area League Day 2012: "Housing and the Bay Area’s Future".
