Linda Mandolini and Susan Friedland, both affordable housing developers, gave a joint presentation in which they described a variety of new developments and explained the procedures for obtaining funding for such projects, including dealing with the loss of redevelopment agencies. Their talk was in the session on Funding Policy at League Day, 2012. Susan Friedland is executive director of Affordable Housing Associates. Linda Mandolini is executive director of Eden Housing.
