Captain Kronos. Vampire Hunter. He's a man with a angled jaw, and a sunken chest, and string beany arms, and leaches on his back for some reason, and he smokes little tiny cigars and hangs out with a hunchback. And he kills vampires. Actually I don't think he kills any vampires but he does talk about them a lot.
