Congressman Joe Courtney was elected in 2006 with the closest margin of victory in the country - only 83 votes out of more than 240,000 cast. Since then, Congressman Courtney has been a champion for Connecticut's young people, lowering the cost of college and creating new jobs and new opportunities.
