The LCEA is a growing coalition of local nonprofits, businesses, and community leaders working for a clean energy future in the East Bay. The Alliance was founded by Bay Localize, Pacific Environment and the Sierra Club. We believe the Bay Area is particularly well positioned for a transition to a local clean energy economy, perhaps more so than any other region in this country.
