Today’s question comes in a private message from FB from Diane from Canada she wants to know:
I have really bad bunions I'm supposed to have surgery on them with in the year so I really loved the foot routine you went through do you have any regular things you can suggest I do to correct this problem.You have so many new things you are introducing its very exciting I find I want to do everything but there's not enough hours in a day lol I bet you feel this in your days to you seem very busy.I'm up on the week days at 4;30 and I try to be in bed by 9 its very challenging well you have a great day and thanks so much for all you do xoxo diane
Bions are caused by weak muscles on the side of your foot by the big toe ball mound. If you strengthen these muscles it will help to pull the bones back in to the center of your foot. Practice moving your big toe out to the side and back again.
