Today`s question comes from Jeani from Facebook: I have a Q??? Is there a position that we can get into like childs pose when our lower regions don't want to to go to the heals of our feet? I just can't seem to get into that position. Or what stretches can I do so someday I can do childs pose? So the pose you can get into when you can`t get into childs pose is knees to chest on your back. The reason why you can`t get into childs pose is because your quadricep muscles are too short, so lengthening your quadricep muscles with the exercise shown in the video will help! :)
