No. It is best to wait 2 hours after eating to practice yoga. You may have a light snack like a banana prior to doing yoga. However, rules are made to be broken and if the only time you are able to practice is after a meal and you feel ok after eating then I say go for it! Generally speaking it is recommended that you practice yoga first thing in the morning before breakfast, but that is not possible for everybody. Do what works best for you in your life.
