Music video from 2003 in Spanish and English, "Not in Our Name". This song was inspired by the Not in Our Name Pledge of Resistance. It holds true as much now as it did in early 2003 -- before the illegal pre-emptive war on Iraq. "Aint no power like the power of the people cause the power of the people don't stop" was a chant heard in the streets in the largest demonstrations worldwide against a war BEFORE it happened. How is it we knew then, but the so-called hawks in the US regime, did not know..... This is our tax dollars at work. Money which could be going to much more useful and productive ends. "You cannot take away the Spirit of freedom...." Penny Little vocals, production and programming, Nik Green plays the National Anthem. Filmed in Santa Barbara, California, at the many peace marches and rallies.
