The other day, I went to a restaurant of mutton barbecue with my parent. The restaurant you can see in this film is located in Kasuga, Bunkyou ward in Tokyo, and famous for its high quality of mutton and various kinds of original beer from Hokkaido. Mutton barbecue is called Gen-ghis Kahan(This is actually the name of King of acient Mongolia) among Japanese. Gen-ghis Kahan is famous because it is healthy for human body. Fat in mutton is not melt under 40 degrees, that is, it does not melt and is not assimilated by human body. And, the cooking style is unique. The shape of hot plate is not flat but the dome to make better to transmit the heat of fire.This film is not my satisfaction, because there is little moving to show the some parts of the restaurant and other dishes.I'll try to improve my filming technique.
