Film Review: A SEPARATION connects us with gripping authenticity

The 2012 Academy Award winner for Best Foreign Film, A Separation, is a drama done so well, you'll believe you are a family member. Set in modern day Iran, we watch mesmerized as one family deals with a myriad of everyday issues we all know too well. Add a little religion in the mix and things get more intense as the minutes slip by. With its superb, universal story, it's easy to see why it ran away with so many of the top awards around the globe this year. Our host, Stefanie Alleyne chats it up with today's panelist, Yahaira Pulino, at the Bedford-Stuyvesant urban country cafe, Peaches Hothouse, to review and discuss this amazing film.
