The documentary is a behind the scenes looks at the project with the young people from Rafiki. It features interviews with the artists and participants. For more info please visit: www.letsgoglobal.tv Pixelate Project Wigan The focus of the project was to work with local marginalised groups and individuals from BME communities. The project wished to explore themes of identity and local community through the use of digital photography and mixed media, providing the groups with a united voice with which to express their opinions. The project was delivered in partnership with Rafiki ? a Wigan based youth group for Black and minority ethnic young people aged 13 ? 19 ? and The Travellers Education Team (TET) ? who support children from Traveller families to access education in the Wigan area. The project was supported by Wigan Leisure and Culture Trust?s Arts & Festival Team.
