Lecture given in Kyoto, Japan, October 4, 2009. This is a relatively new talk about copyright in a digital age, and the role (and importance) of a doctrine like "fair use." Japan is considering adding a "fair use" clause to its law. I, shamelessly, was arguing for it.
Presentations by Lawrence Lessig on a range of subjects from Free Culture to corruption [with Net Neutrality, privacy, cyberlaw, copyright and Democratic politics inbetween].
