Povodom osamnaest godina od zlocina u Vukovaru, Zene u crnom su u skladu sa svojom politikom posecivanje mesta zlocina pocinjenih u nase ime, 19. novembra 2009. godine posetile Vukovar. Tom prilikom, Zene u crnom su u Borovu naselju polozile venac sa natpisom Da ne zaboravimo zlocin u Vukovaru - Mreza Zena u crnom Srbije i posetile memorijalni centar na Ovcari, gde je ubijeno 250 ranjenika koji su bili odvedeni iz Vukovarske bolnice.
