I'm experimenting with MovieMaker and the resources of the web to create a short review of the week in social media news.This work required literally hours as I solved problems with screen-grabbing video, aligning audio and images, and narration.I didn't do narration, instead choosing to use text to report, and to create transitions from one subject to another. The ideal thing is to be able to rapidly collect, edit and report these kind of packages and acquire skills that will be transferable to other newsroom work.Please tune into our "Social Media Week" project on Youtube.com where I and Carmina Perez discuss a topic in social media on a weekly basis.
