The Academy is situated on an attractive, modernized Vermont farm with separate boy's and girl's bedroom accomodations on different floors. The bathrooms have been carefully appointed for the needs of the children and are maintained by the camp counselors. The children have 24 access to telephones and the long distance calls are free to the campers. A full culinary kitchen is attached to the farm with all of the most modern kitchen equipment.
In this segment, Chef Kelly discusses the tuition and what the children receive during a one week session. They take home not only the excellent instruction but a chef jacket, pants, hat, cake decorating set, knife set and cookbook. They also receive a graduation certificate the final day where parents are invited with firends to attend and enjoy the ceremony.
