http://www.kidscandoanything.com Patrick is a passionate Father of two amazing young men and had been blessed with the opportunity to be the stay at home parent. This experience changed his life, and inspired him to author an Emotional Fitness Program for his kids which includes keeping a gratitude journal, goal setting, strength recognition exercises and creative visualization among several others. As an active member of the International Positive Psychology Association and the National Association for Self-Esteem, his program, An Exercise in Happiness is based upon the science of happiness as well as the philosophies taught for 3000 years and found in most self-help books, though his program is written to be understood by children and easily implementable in their every day life. An Exercise in Happiness has received wonderful reviews and has proven very effective in the two elementary schools that recently piloted the program, and the reviews from children have been remarkable. With the belief that our children are our most important asset and their emotional well-being is of serious concern, Patrick is committed to helping parents, teachers and anyone that plays a significant role in child's life by providing an opportunity to get more involved in their child's happiness.
