4x6 is an abstract piece put together for the Creative Commons Film Festival. The premise is this: filmmaker Keith Tassick took a public-domain film (a safety film called Shake Hands With Danger) and manipulated it by capturing each frame as an image and isolating a 4x6-pixel area, toying with the color levels and then exporting it all back into video.
