About this episode

From May 25 - May 29, I had the extraordinary opportunity through the US based "Truth With a Camera" to work with an organization in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico called "FM4 Paso Libre". FM4 is an organization of volunteers providing a network of support to migrants as they make their way from Central America and Southern Mexico northward toward the US. This slide show documents some of the conditions migrants face along the way, and some of the violent trauma that impacts them if they survive. You also see some of the amazing volunteers. The music is "Preguntan de Donde Soy" by Atahualpa Yupanqui. I was fortunate to have photographed alongside Ivonne Ojeda de la Torre.
