Carols by the Beach 08 was an amazing success. Put on by Plimmerton Presbyterian Church on Mana Esplanade in Mana, Porirua the event started at 5.30pm with face painting and bouncy castles and the like. The community singing of traditional Christmas Carols followed with many people bringing picnic blankets, bottles of wine and their kids and having a great time.
