The John Hansard Gallery, based at the University of Southampton's Highfield campus, is one of Britain's leading public galleries of contemporary visual art.       Twenty of Southampton’s residents agreed to be photographed for a series of full-length, life-sized portraits, which are installed on banners around the newly refurbished Guildhall Square.
