Japanese Style Restaurant
The original theme was to film the place we usually go for shopping, but then we discussed in class that it should be something with a traditional air, so this is how I ended up filming in this shop - a pretty nice Japanese restaurant with a lot of types of soba (a dish made from buckwheat noodles). It can be served cold - it looks just like some gray pasta (spooky, isn't it?). I like the warm version better -it looks like a (noodle) soup- and when you're hungry is perfect to fill up your stom...

What I actually did on Christmas
Don't get hopes you'll see clips of me on Christmas day! I was just too burried under 2 blankets, packs of tissues (used and not used), and cups of tea and too busy sleeping to actually film :) Instead, after I got better I filmed my lovely Christmas tree full of Christmas decorations trying to catch the Christmas feeling in my room.Merry Christmas! :))

Weather Report
December 22nd week's assignement was to look on blip.tv, pick an interesting film and make a similar one. I didn't do it on time, because non of the films inspired me (no offence). The main idea I could take from watching a lot of blip's films is that everyone is talking about whatever it concerns him/her the most, or they just have to much time to waste, or they simply want to become famous. Or at least this is what I could understand... Anyways... considering that I cannot do magic tricks an...

Plans for Christmas
In this video I talk about what I plan to do for Christmas this year. It's my second year I spend Christmas in Japan and I hope it will be at least as much fun as it was last year, when I went skiing with my friends! (Ouch!... We needed urgent therapy in the jacuzzi the second day :)) )

My way to school
This is a clip about my way to school .In one year I've become quite an expert to ride the bicycle between cars, walls, people, electricity poles, etc, and many times I was about to get hit by a car, or by another bicycle... I suppose this is a normal way of being in Japan, where streets are so narrow they can't even find the place to built a sidewalk.

My Hobby
This time we had to make a short film about our hobbies. Since I have many things that I like to do in my spare time, I've decided to make the clip about my flowers. I have a few left on the balcony, but the ones I've filmed are a bit more sensitive and they'll spend the winter in my room.

Gaijin News Special Report
This week we had to take inspiration from one of blip.tv's clips and make a similar one by ourselves. I found this nice idea of news on the web http://blip.tv/file/17031/ called Vlog Digest, and I decided to make my own special news bulletin about the events in my life that might interest other people, too.As you would be able to see, I'm pretty busy every week(end) with all sorts of special events :)) But who's complaining? :D

How to use the knitting needles
I reaaaaly had no idea on what to present, so I thought maybe not everybody knows how to knit. 15 seconds are a bit too short to explain properly, but I guess people can make a general idea from this clip. At first I tried to make a longer film, but I couldn't upload it, so I had to remake it.

My Club
I've made this film just a few days before the International Festival, because I knew that afterwards nobody would be around to actually have something to film!And, wow! THe pressure of the event is so well felt in the film! I didn't realize it at that time... You should come and see the normal meetings! Lots of jokes and a cheery atmosphere! :) Especially the one next week! We're gonna have a meeting called in Japanese "Uchiaghe", a sort of party for the members to celebrate a successful fest...

Daigakusai :D
Here is a short film that I took during the festival organized by my university. I had so many things to say, and the phone stoped filming just in the middle!... A 15 seconds film is too short!! Anyway, I was planning to enjoy a piece of cake and a hot drink with my friends at the Wind Orchestra's Cafeteria, just that (Latin spirit, what can you do about it!) we were all late and I had to go to my part-time job. Well, at least they enjoyed!
