April 15, 2009, Tax Day in Smugtown:3 activists were handing out educational information on Defense Spendingand Taxes in front of the IRS building on East Ave in Rochester, NY.One of the activists, EG, Climbed a Tree on East Ave, Rochester, NY in front of the IRS building and hung a Banner which read "Cut War Spending". Police forcibly removed EG from the Tree using Pepperspray. 4 supporters and demonstrators on the sidewalk were also arrested.This is a rough cut edit of EG's Tree sit.
