On October 7, 2011, Ryan Acuff, member of Take Back The Land - Rochester, discussed his illegal arrest from August 7th and his most recent court hearing. He and 3 other members were arrested in front of 11 Appleton St. where Virginia Henry was illegally evicted from her home on July 20. Ryan's trial begins February 2nd, 2012, 2PM, in Judge Yacknin's court.
