Geoff Millard served as a Sergeant for the Army National Guard for 9 years. In 2004, Sgt. Millard was activated with the 42nd ID ROC to participate in 13 months of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIFIII). Geoff is the DC Chapter president of IVAW and is a member of IVAW's Board of Directors.
