Independent Voices

About this original series

Independent Voices is a program produced by a grassroots, volunteer run media collective based in the Triangle area of North Carolina, led by youth, women, and people of color. We cover local and international issues, activities, and movements for economic, social, and environmental justice. We work to uncover the wealth of progressive activism going on around us all the time providing content that is largely absent from corporate mainstream media.
