Livestock Fish Mega Program needs to engage final beneficiaries to achieve impact

At the recent CGIAR Livestock Fish Mega Program consultation, N’Guetta Bosso from AU-IBAR suggests that the proposed program will have an impact when the final beneficiaries are involved in the program, and provided that constraints like policy, market and dissemination of technology and gender issues are addressed. He was speaking in the margins of the CGIAR Livestock Fish Mega Program stakeholder consultation meeting in Addis Ababa, 24 and 25 August 2010.
