Uganda Commissioner of Fisheries Wilson Mwanja reflects on the recent CGIAR Livestock Fish Mega Program stakeholder consultation meeting. What’s good about this proposal is that it takes a holistic approach, focusing on the whole innovative system from production to market, including the concerns of consumers. He was speaking in the margins of the CGIAR Livestock Fish Mega Program stakeholder consultation meeting in Addis Ababa, 24 and 25 August 2010.
