Iain MacGillivray is a member of IFAD's Executive Board and Evaluation Committee. The Canadian representative recently visited the IFAD-funded Dom Helder Camara project in Brazil to learn about the successes, challenges and lessons learned from the successful 10-year poverty reduction project.
